We cannot celebrate Kakaibang Sigla without looking at the traditional ways in which our forefathers both exercised their bodies, as well as defended themselves. Beneath the sheer and awesome physicality, there is the mental discipline, the wholeness of mind, body and spirit. Add to these, the connection to our own roots.
